Financial Planner of the Year

Elodus’ Senior Financial Advisor, David Pidcock, was short listed for Charter Financial Planning’s Queensland Financial Planner of the Year 2009.

David won this prestigious award in 2007 and, while this year it went to someone else, David's second nomination shows the high regard the industry holds for him.

Selected for the prestigious award from a total of 170 advisers from 80 financial planning practices throughout Queensland, nominees were judged on business growth, community service, peer recognition, industry involvement, the development of an innovative and progressive business model, high compliance, exceptional workplace standards and the utilisation of a Fee for Service philosophy.

Meanwhile, Elodus was also named one of Charter Financial Planning’s 25 leader practices in Australia for the year.  Being one of only two Queensland businesses to be selected, in a year where the economy and global issues dominated, we were delighted and humbled to receive this recognition. The award is based on similar judging criteria to the Queensland Financial Planner of the Year.
